All I know based off the MAC is that it's an Intel WNIC. What's even strange is that I can't find the mac (0013.0210.5344) of the device causing the flaps when I run the command 'show dot11 assoc' from my APs. My assumption at this point has to do with roaming since our therapists have to move between both floors.
